Support time covers:

• Text/image updates on your website (submitted via email or support portal)
• Answering technical questions
• Fixing bugs or minor issues
• Small code tweaks or content changes (under 1 hour)

If your request takes longer than your monthly support time, we’ll confirm with you first. You can either wait until the next cycle or purchase additional support hours.

Design work and major custom development tasks aren’t included in your monthly plan. We’ll let you know if something falls outside the scope and offer a separate quote if needed.

Yes! If your request goes beyond what’s covered in your plan, you’ll need to submit a project brief. We’ll provide a quote before starting and can apply your support time if applicable.

No — we don’t offer maintenance-only, as we can’t guarantee performance without also managing hosting.
