This is precisely why a care plan exists. We take a full backup before every update cycle and test updates in a staging environment first. If an update does cause a conflict on the live site, we can roll back to the previous working version within minutes and then troubleshoot the issue safely.

No. Our care plans are billed month-to-month. You can cancel or change your plan at any time with 30 days' notice. We believe our service should earn your business every month.

Yes, at any time. If your needs change — for example, you add a WooCommerce store to your site — you can upgrade to a higher tier. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If the issue is caused by something on our end (e.g. plugin/theme vulnerability), we'll fix it at no additional cost.

• If it's due to user-side issues (e.g. compromised passwords, phishing, unsafe access), the client is responsible and this may be billable.
