Pleased is a digital platform and one-stop resource for home owners, property investors, renters and tradies supporting its members with access to cost-saving property management resources, making the task of managing your property approachable and doable – and in some cases, without the real estate middle-man.
We partnered with the Pleased development team so they could concentrate on the technicalities and development of the platform, and leave us to the exciting part of bringing their platform to life with a top-end user interface.
Given the administrative nature of property management, the interface to this new web app had to not only engage users, but be easy-to-use with a strong focus on being able to communicate through the app itself.
With the Pleased development team focusing on the mammoth effort of building the system, Fox & Lee were simultaneously working on the user interface to bring their ideas to life through beautiful design and user experience advice.
From clearly defined communications to an uncluttered style guide, the design, interface and consistency in the brand captures the audience’s attention, while a streamlined user experience makes becoming a member and managing a property easier than ever.
