The Looptwo website is a marketplace site aimed at parents and caregivers who need to get their children school ready, with a focus on making the entire process more accessible, more affordable, and more environmentally friendly. If you are a parent of a school aged child, then you know the pain of organising their school uniform in time for school. Not only is it time consuming to visit a school shop, but the cost adds up into the hundreds.
This brilliant ecommerce marketplace website provides parents and caregivers with a much more affordable and manageable solution. Both second-hand and brand-new school uniform items sold by parents, caregivers and schools. And, the beauty is, it’s all done online and delivered direct to you.
This project involved a fair bit of branding work before the website could be done. We dove into the logo headfirst and created the brand, messaging and tone of voice. Laying down these foundations from the start allow for the website to seamlessly carry on the brand consistency and messaging.
The nature of a marketplace website meant that each vendor would have a multitude of variable products with different uniform items at different sizes, colours and quantities, plus different locations. This alone had its own set of hurdles to jump, however, as the project progressed during the user experience layout and journey, we were able to overcome these challenges with our amazing experience designer and development team to ensure the experience on the site always remained smooth.
