Logo Design Approval

By clicking “I approve” and submitting this form you have reviewed the logo design and are officially signing off on the design for us (Fox & Lee) to move into final stage and prepare the final logo suite files for you.

By approving the design, you also understand any request for further changes to the approved design will be regarded as additional work and will need to be quoted accordingly.

If you are unsure, please speak to your Project Manager about this. We are happy to help and answer any questions.

By authorising Fox & Lee to move into the final stage of the logo design, you agree to the following:

1. Approval: The logo design is approved and meets all of your requirements.
2. Additional Work: Any further changes (after this form is submitted) is regarded as additional work and will be quoted separately.
